Breakfast at Tiffany's Gourmet Club

Gourmet Club was beautiful and delicious today!  The theme was Breakfast at Tiffany's and Mrs. Jensen decorated her house beautifully as she always does!  Our menu:
Holly-Go-Lightly
Blue Cheese-Pecan Grapes
Crisp and Buttery Strawberry-Brie Sandwiches
Miniature Crab Cakes with Tomato Ginger Jam (or Tamarind Sauce)
Spinach Salad with Apples and Manchego Cheese
Bacon-Wrapped Eggs with Polenta
Sweet Potato and Chive Pancakes
Coffee-Toffee Parfaits
Oahu County Club Tea
and
Cranberry-Orange Scones
