We went to Wilmington today and took the kids to The Children's Museum of Wilmington. We had never been before and it was fabulous! The kids had a blast running around from room to room. There was a wilderness/camping room, teddy bear hospital, dentist office, science counter, pirate ship, arts and crafts room, imagination circus, soundstage, grocery store, international diner and more! The had fun while learning and it was a great way to spend a cold Sunday afternoon. We will definitely go back!

Grace LOVES art class. She excels in both Mrs. Orr's and Dr. Trafton's art classes and loves going to both. Each year Dr. Trafton selects a few students that she teaches to sew and lets them make a project and Grace has been one of those select students for the past two years. She made an adorable pillow last year and this year she made a clown, which she has named Ms. Squiggles. Grace has worked on her all year long and finally completed her this past week and got to bring her home today. Dave and I were both amazed at what an awesome job she did! She looks like something that you would buy at a Craft Fair and to think that Grace made her all by herself! Wow! Keep up the great work Grace!

JPS had Super Hero Day at school today and Grace went as Cat Girl. Isn't she cute! Thanks Charity for loaning us the ears and tail! Zachary was going to go as Wolverine but decided at the last minute that he didn't want to dress up.
Grace and her friend Carly, Super Snarl (and yes, that is a made up Super Hero)

This is George, my friend Stacey's baby. He is one of the prettiest and sweetest babies that I have ever been around. We all love on him every chance we get. He came to book club with Stacey today and afterwards, we were just standing there chatting and he was crawling around. We looked over and this is what we saw.
What makes this so great is that Stacey is a devout Republican and was a staunch McCain supporter during the election. And yes, we are still friends, even though our views on politics differs. Stacey said that George was trying to topple and destroy the stack of books. I said that he found President Obama intriguing and was trying to learn more about him since his Mama wouldn't teach him.
