2nd Day at Epcot

Dave and I did not get enough of the Food and Wine Festival yesterday, so we headed back to Epcot today. We went straight to the World Showcase and made our first stop in Athens, Greece for Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki and it was scrumptious!!! Then Dave and Grace shared a cannelloni from Bologna, Italy while Zachary and I watched the trains. Dave also got a chance to talk futbol with a few cast members from Milan, Italy. Our next stop was Cork, Ireland where we had the most delicious Lobster & Scallop Fisherman's Pie and then we had a Falafel Pita Pocket from Marrakesh, Morocco. On to Montreal, Canada where we had Maple Glazed Salmon with Lentil Salad and then we chilled out and relaxed for a bit in Germany while sipping a Beck's Oktoberfest. Dave loved the Crawfish Étouffée he had from New Orleans, Louisiana and we both loved the Spicy Tuna Roll from Tokyo, Japan, the Lamb Slider with Tomato Chutney from Wellington, New Zealand and the New England Lobster Roll. Our least favorite was the Rock Shrimp Ceviche from Santiago, Chile.

We saw this rainbow as we were walking back into Future World.

We spent a little time at Innoventions and Spaceship Earth, which are two of Grace and Zach's favorites, before leaving Epcot. Spaceship Earth has become one of their favorite rides. I think being inside the gigantic "golf ball" thrills them and the love the animatronics.

Tonight we had dinner at Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club Resort and Villas. We had never eaten there before but it is definitely a place we would recommend and go back to. We had delicious crab legs, succulent steamed mussels and clams, peel and eat shrimp, perfectly cooked prime rib, delectable desserts and more. It was delicious! After dinner we rushed over to Hollywood Studios to watch Fantasmic and then we were able to get in one ride of Toy Story Maynia before the park closed.
