Today we went to Disney's Hollywood Studios where we saw High School Musical 3: Senior Year- Right Here! Right Now on Hollywood Boulevard. The kids loved it!
Then we went to see Indiana Jones ™ Epic Stunt Spectacular!. Dave and I had both seen it before but no one else had and everyone thought it was fantastic. Zach was mesmerized by the entire show and my Dad said that one show was worth the day's park admission. We got there really early and had great seats - the first row of seats after the reserved seating. As we are sitting there waiting on the show to start, Dave gets mine and Kerry's attention and points to a row two rows in front of us. Neil Patrick Harris had just walked in and sat down with a few other people and escorted by a cast member. Some of you might know him better as Doogie Howser. He had been the narrator for the Candlelight Processional at Epcot the last few nights and I guess he decided to enjoy the parks while he was there. He was taking pictures and videos just like anyone else - kinda neat!
Everyone but Mom, Dad, Grace and Zachary rode the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster® Starring Aerosmith which is an awesome roller coaster! It was the first time that Allie had ever ridden it before and she loved it. She wanted to do it over and over and she begged Grace to do it with her. Grace kept saying no but at some point, Allie convinced her to do it so we all rode it again later that day and Grace loved it too. She laughed and screamed the entire time and thought that it was sooo much fun.
Zachary was very brave today also. He rode the The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. He will probably never do it again because it scared him to death and he didn't think it was fun at all but we were very proud of him for doing it.
The Lights, Motors, Action!™ Stunt Show was also a favorite of everyone's except Grace's. For some reason, she just does not like this show and will usually lay her head down on one of us and take a nap during it. As we were walking to the stadium, Zachary would yell out "Lights, Motors, Action!" over and over. It was too cute!
We also rode Star Tours - the ultimate Star Wars™ thrill ride and caught the Block Party Bash before heading over to see The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. We did not have as much time to enjoy them as I would have liked because we had reservations at the Polynesian Resort for a Luau dinner but at least everyone got to see them. Everyone thought it was amazing.
